This notice explains what information Zaref Partners (“Zaref”, “we”, “us”) collects through zarefpartners.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, firm name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), your role, your firm’s approximate revenue band (if you choose to share it), and your message.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use a one-way hash of your IP address for a short time to prevent spam and abuse of the contact form. We don’t use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and continue a conversation you started.
- To protect the site and the contact form from spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it
The website and contact form run on Microsoft Azure. Form submissions are stored in Azure Storage and notifications are sent through Azure Communication Services. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you unless a longer period is required by law. Abuse-prevention data is kept for a few hours.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you’ve given us by emailing hello@zarefpartners.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
